1. All prices do not include postage. COD service is only available at Melbourne City QV.
2. Your products will take approximately 10 working days to arrive to you from the date we receive your payment. Please only enquire on the status of your items if you have not received them after 10 working days of us receiving your payment.
3. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
4. If in the case you happen to receive any defected items, exchange is only available within 3 days of receiving your items. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will consider your transaction to be completed.

We will handle and package your goods with the utmost care, but if Australia Post damages your goods, we cannot be held liable. For this reason, if you want to be extra careful, please use Registered/Express Post.
